Jan 6th Sunday. Went to car wash was told 20 or not clean windows inside . I normally pay 10 to 15 for it all( 2 seater small car) i got home and noticed bumper (partly) was not washed from dirt and also after saying my back window inside wasnt clean i was told how do we do it we cant. Anyway i cleaned it myself. Also as i stood behind my car told it was ready my car started rolling BACK and had to be shouted at by a guy who worked there for his colleague to put on my hand break. I stood behind it trying to hold it until this happend. Id never go back again .It was gold i payed. Absolutely not worth it rubbish very upset felt ganged up on when said my inside window was important ot was clean to drive. Dare i say absolute ball....! They didnt care. Also told pay CASH OK. Miss this carwash better do it yourself than go here. Was good now awful.
Hi today saterday 29 dec 18 at 11 am, Took my car to tesco car wash to be cleaned as normal,But to find instead of paying 8 was told now its 15, This is too much for just the outside and told him so,He told me it is now differant management, I spend around 150 every week in tesco ashenden road guildford and have just been put off by some car cleaning idiot. regards john / taxi driver.
Said it close at 6pm, staff sitting there doing nothing when I arrived at 530pm saying they finished.. Very useless
I had an awful experience here, car was still dirty when I got it back and they had taken paint off which they outright denied. When I pointed out that it was still dirty, the guy pretty much laughed it off.
Opted for a "silver option". Vacuum cleaning was good and so was the bodywork wash. However, soon it became apparent that the service provided was far from "gold". The tyres still had a mud on them and smudges from my childrens hands were still visible on the windows inside, indicating the lack of attention to detail. I am going to be looking for a different car wash next time.
