Purchased a down padded jacket and pocket zip broke within 1 hour. I guess I'll go back to a north face jacket, more expensive but quality guaranteed. Staff in shop couldn't care less that product was faulty and inconvenience caused by having to return jacket. All around bad experience. First and last time of using Mountain Warehouse.
Quality of fleece jacket was not good and styles is limited.
Popped in to look at jackets, the sales assistant was really helpful, he explained the various styles and benefits and left me to browse with no pressure to purchase. I was very impressed, he was knowledgeable and helpful. Although I couldn't find anything I liked I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase and was left to browse and try on different jackets at my leisure. They had a great selection of clothing and accessories to choose from. Would recommend them.
Shop is to small but staff is nice and helpful. Mountain Warehouse has good quality winter clothes.
