really shocking bad store! normally only one person on till so waiting 10 mins to been seen,even when the bell is pressed for some help no one comes. seems to be no hurry or good customer service/ hardly anything on the self's, always lots of empty space. never have anything i go in there for.........been going down hill ever since Andy left about 2 years ago. its now a joke......meant to be a convenience store but its far from it......Some of the staff are very friendly and can see they are trying there hardest but seems like its very poorly managed these days! iv never complained before! but iv put up with this sorry excuse for a store for too long....
