Disgraceful judges and useless cleric staff.
Surely the next time one of these family court (this one is notoriously bad) makes a decision based on behind the scenes reports by what is excepted as a publicly reviled social services/child protection and makes a mother primary carer to children just for convenience and things go sadly wrong for the child then we as a society can not have a clear conscience when High court judges have now declared the whole family court system 'corrupt'..it it just another example of people not complaining and turning a blind eye to what is an openly bias, uncaring and over funded farce( unlike the criminal system which is majorly under funded)and procedures are ignored so it can continue to be a law until itself.very sad and an accident waiting to happen,Caffcass has also now been found to be 'unfit for purpose' by an independent review/tribunals panel.
This court seems to rely on Surrey social services in relation to the well-being of children even after surrey child protection officer Jonathan Ward was convicted on 20/08/2017 of downloading indecent images of children a had a bag full of little childrens underwear in his possession when arrestedfull details are publicly available on Google or mainstream media sources..truly shocking.
Appalling in every sense. Bias judges, particularly male judges who have colluded with domestic abuse perpetrators simply because of their job title. Female judge from Redhill (now retired thankfully) who did not follow established lawful guidelines for interest owed on outstanding debts - so more collusion with a perpetrator ! Inept Court Staff - sending incorrect documents, including other people's documents ! Poor communication, both over the phone and in writing. Long long long delays. No apologies. No responsibility taken. Little professionalism. Disgraceful.
Omg heartless...inefficient even with 3 yrs of a civil case...am on benefit...all they say is ...u waited 3 years so wait3 weeks ive waited this long!!
