Terrible insurance company! Dont know where these good reviews have come from! Ive had 20 different people phoning me over the same thing that was dealt with weeks ago, in the end lost hope and had to cancel, now when it came to cancelling 1 person told me there would be no cancellation charge as Im due a refund, other person told me different! Ive asked for complaints department to send me the call record, more chance of winning a lottery! The sarcasm and unprofessionalsim from number of staff Ive had is absolutely unreal!
