I get the impression the staff here must be over stretched. Im a buy to let landlord and had the mispleasure of using these solicitors. Lack of client care; would definitely not recommend. Very poor experience

I have got extremely unpolite attitude from the receptionist when went to the TWM office in Guildford to certify documents. Have never got such a bad service elsewhere in UK.Even if you do not certify legal juridical documents, which actually all the solicitors do it's not about what you do or not. Its about the attitude the woman at the reception gave. Its a very big contrast between attitudes of the two receptionist you have in Guildford. When I visited your office first time, I have got a very good service from a younger slim woman with dark hair, she wad very pleasant and gave me all the information I needed. When I was there last time, there was another woman, a bit older with dark fluffy hair. She wasn't helpful at all and was quite unpleasant! You could simply notice that she even didn't want to talk to me and moreover hated her job!

If you get to deal with Simi you'll get a good service. I felt out of water with some of the others here being on and off without notice, hit and miss if you get to speak with them if at all at times but ok.
