It's ok...but always seems a little quiet.
Really sad to say what a awful experience I had today in this shop, me and my family have been using this shop with no issues for a year now but unfortunately today that changed. I wanted to use up some of my change that I had something I explained to the man serving me I had no please or thank you even though the other customer did. I had a bit too much shopping to carry so asked for a bag normally they pack your items for you no questions asked but today he just threw the plastic bag at me and walked away. I did decided to question him as to why I was being treated in this manner, his response was he was far too busy to speak to me. There was no one else in the shop, I pointed out that I've never had a issue in this shop before and always found them very friendly with myself husband and children again he said he was too busy to speak to me I then asked if it was a case of me being a women at this point he raised his voice and told me it wasn't his shop and he didn't care and if I didn't like the way he treated me then don't come back in the shop again and that I wouldn't be missed! All of this was in front of my 3 year old son. Really don't understand why he was so rude but definitely won't be shopping in there again will go to Waitrose instead.
Always friendly and helpful. Great store with great selection of wines and champagne. Plus groceries Lucky it's my local store.
