Top quality service. Having fallen victim to another locksmith company trying to charge me almost 1500 to change 3 standard euro locks, Fidelis stepped in to restore my faith in Locksmiths. Cameron advised me for more than 30 minutes on the phone on how I should handle my grievance regarding the previous company. He later came out and refitted my garage lock which had become stuck. Ive had to use these guys twice in a week and couldnt fault them. The first was to change locks and they were so efficient and even tidied up after themselves which, from experience, you dont see very often these days. The second time was to sort out a lock where the key had snapped, they were with me within 20 minutes of the phone call. Will definitely be using Fidelis Security again and would very highly recommend them to anyone!!
After phoning another company that we have used at work three times (first time told someone would call back very soon to arrange an appointment, then called twice more and left message on their answerphone and no response from them at all! Had always been very helpful when called for work) I looked on Checkatrade and found Fidelis Security. I'm so pleased the other company didn't bother to call me back! Cameron was very friendly and helpful on the phone and arranged a time to visit that day. The work was carried out and he cleaned up the mechanism in the door and offered advice for the future too. All at a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend Fidelis to friends, family and anyone who asks! And if we need a locksmith again at work then I know who I will be calling for there too.
