I ordered a Large Donner Kebab with Chips no Salad and BBQ Sauce. with Onion Rings. Onion Rings were OK, not the best by far. The Donner was soaked in BBQ sauce, I mean I like BBQ sauce, but not that there is more BBQ sauce than food. The Donner Meat looked like bits of left over chicken, and poor quality chicken too portion was small compared to a large from other places I have eaten. I know I made a quick order 30 mins from closing time, but I'd expect them to either give me a call and ask if I wanted something else if they had no Donner meat leftover? Than just give me bits of unattractive chicken covered in BBQ sauce. I used to eat at this place a few years ago when I lived in Guildford and back then, the quality was so much better than it was today. I'm disappointed really, it seems like they are going downhill in their quality of food and customer service, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, having read all those awful reviews they have and for their conviennce of ordering with JustEat, but they let me down today and I won't be ordering again. I'll order pizza instead.

I am a frequent customer at the Guildford Charcoal Grill, as I thoroughly enjoy their food options (however my wrap was lacking in halloumi tonight), but I unfortunately feel I have been subject to, what I can only assume is, homophobia. When I enter the shop it seems it causes the whole staff team of males behind the counter to burst into hysterics, discuss aspects of myself in their own language and take turns in impersonating me. The last time I tried to challenge the workers, I was shocked to see rude gestures being made behind me as I was leaving. I feel there is no place for this type of behaviour in the 21st century, and people should consider how it makes someone feel standing on the opposite side of the counter, simply trying to order food and being the stimulus to their petty joke.
Great Kebabs with friendly service. We enjoy the specials for family dining.
Ordered online, everything went through... Rang 4 times to confirm and yep every thing was confirmed...... 2 hours later, no show! Dont order from here the service is horrendous and you won't get your food!
not sure why everyone seems to rate this place as bad, never had a problem with them, great food! only complaint is that their just eat prices are inflated compared to instore. other than that can't fault them
