I ordered food, firstly it arrived late. Then my meal order of chicken, mushroom, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts was incorrect - no mushrooms. Out of the 4 ingredients its not hard! I rang to say they were missing and also that its okay - I will accept it as all my other food will go cold, as long as I can order same dish again for free or get a discount on next order. I was told I would get a call back.......still waiting. She just wanted me off the phone. Its a shame because I had the decency to ring them to tell them its wrong but not only that - to not to bother sending a new one as I knew they were busy. I just wanted to know it could be corrected another time. They just took my money and ignored the fact they got it wrong. I only ordered there because my housemate likes it because its cheap and its easier. I personally think the food is mediocre and after this evening I wont be ordering again as the service is appalling. I will be going back to the oriental express were the food is nicer, they are nicer on the phone and they actually deliver what you order. I really wish I could ZERO this review
