This place is staffed by knowledgable and helpful people. The problem is that there are only seven serving positions and hence big queues often build up. The worse news is that the Post Office plan to relocate it and reduce the number of serving positions to five. If this happens, the queues will get even longer. We have until the 19th December to object.

Unreal!! Whilst the staff are doing their upmost best, the management must live in the clouds! Peak time = lunch time. Have more people. It is so unfair letting your staff have to look over a counter at people queuing out the door! With 4 kiosks and only 2 operating its a joke!
AWFUL! The woman at the counter was so rude, I wanted to have coins for 20pounds (for parking) and she refused to give me coins as she stated that this is money laundering!!!??? If I pay with my debit card 20quid and get back coins that is not money laundering!! She refused to serve us so we went to HSBC and got what I wanted! Never again!
One of the best staffed Post Offices I have visited. One with a very effective and extremely helpful ensemble of staff members, especially those assisting with the self-service tills.
