A wide range of stores to suit all tastes along with food outlets in the upper floor. I only really visit Holland & Barrett and HMV both of which are great. Well worth a look alongside all the other great shops on and around the High Street
Went to the soft play area on the top floor and my son suffered a serious head injury due to a solid unit not being properly covered in soft material to make it safe.Staff took my details and after writing them a letter asking them to:a) show me a safety certificate for the soft play areab) confirm they have made the area secureI have heard nothing back, and the incident happened 3 months ago.I am appalled by this and recommend families avoid the soft play area.
Average mall, nothing special in comparison to other cities - gets very crowded hence narrow passages don't allow for rather free walking. 3 storeys with food counter on top, usual layout to attract people. Personally I'm not a fan of spending too much time inside a mall and this one has definitely not hold my interest. On a good side, there is a bubble tea island, which serves a good quality drinks. Whoever likes shopping will probably find it alright.
Three trys to establish themselves as a reliable network provider but when it comes to customer support unfortunately it not always deliver. My experience in the Guildford branch was not nice. Staff loose interest when they cant sell you there products and lack of technical knowledge.
Had to go to a meeting at Surrey University, time to kill so went off to get a scarf, freezing day today.Really nice and clean shopping centre.The one I go to at home is Brent Cross back in London which is quite large, but this one seems smaller and in some ways a bit more cozy.Good selection of shops, so I got my scarf and also a pair of Jeans which was great.Enjoyable experience.
