I really like the drinks at Harris and Hoole but the facilities at the Guildford store sometimes leave a lot to be desired. Firstly I often pop in late afternoon on a Saturday only to find the relax lounge has been closed prematurely. In addition, the seating area downstairs is often dirty and untidy. Sort it out Harris and Hoole!

Visited twice in the space of a week as the coffee from the first trip was amazing. On the second trip upstairs was open which is lovely if you are sitting in, however the coffee was rather bitter (burnt beans) compared to the first and the gentleman who served me forgot my syrup shot. Considering I had paid extra for it, I went back down and pointed this out, the lady from the first visit then remade it and it was superb again.
