Lovely atmosphere, polite staff, great customer service. The drinks are amazing quality and really well presented.
Customer service received from Georgina and Gaby was absolutely lovely and just for that reason alone I'd return. We went along on a Tuesday afternoon, so not busy. They had a lovely selection of vegan and gluten free cakes, however not a combined vegan gluten free option which would have been ideal for me. Will definitely be returning and recommend for an uplifting experience.
Lovely bite to eat. Little on the expensive side, but with good gluten free and vegan options available, it makes a chic alternative to the chain cafes in guildford. tucked away with a great vibe, would recommend.
Lovely cake and tea had here, however poor hygiene was witnessed from a male server who was fiddling with a bin and did not wash his hands. He then used a dirty looking cloth to clean the bin area and then the coffee machine straight away. We would have left then had another server not been serving us. The toilet had a grubby looking towel to dry hands and, when asked if it could be replaced, the female server was very blunt and non-apologetic. Maybe it had been a busy day or some other excuse but this experience has put us off returning.
Very nice place for a quiet coffee with a friend. Friendly staff who leave you alone once you have ordered and they bring your stuff to your table. Food looked great but did not have anything this time but will return soon to try some. Small place so not many seats but in nice weather lotss of extra tables outside the front and round the back.
