Absolutely ATROCIOUS service. The lady I spoke to on the phone - Sharon - was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to rent me my car because one of my documents to prove UK residence (mobile phone contract) wasn't acceptable despite this NOT being stated in the T+Cs which I went through with a fine tooth comb. After this they refused to drive us back to Guildford station where we had been picked up leaving us totally stranded and no alternative solution was given. APPALLING, if I could give 0 stars I would. Had to cancel holiday plans as a result, no compensation offered.
Atrocious service. Submitted a reservation online but due to a 1990s website that is literally just a request. 14 hours later, no contact. Called to chase, told we dont have any vans available and cant do the dates the website let me request. Person who dealt with my call literally couldnt care less.
HOLY ITS TIME TO STEP UP YOUR GAME .........Poor Service and left with NO Transport , I booked a provisional van on line , a week ahead , received notification that the car was on request and a member of the rental company would contract me . Their have been no emails or phone calls during the week . On the Saturday of collection I telephone directly to Godalming to check and the girl to whom answered calls was very unpolite and extremely rude , I do hope these phone calls are recorded so the so called Manger can listen back to employees well trained customer service . She said there was nothing there and I was Just too late , and put the phone down on me . I telephoned for a second time and spoke to a young man to whom was understanding and managed to explain the situation . Overall disgraceful customer service from the shameful store in Guilford 1/10
