Helpful and seem to do a good job for a good price.
The owner thinks it's acceptable to go ahead without asking you if you want work doing if your vehicle fails its MOT.He further thinks it's acceptable to misdescribe the part that's been fitted so that he can quote what seems to be a sensible price which then turns out to be way above the real price.Sour and unhelpful.You and I both know that is not what happened!!You didn't wait for me to contact you when I hadn't had a call - my phone playing up - however I called you before 3 pm and you had already fitted the part without my authority and thrown away the old one so I was unable to repair the car myself.You then lied saying it was the whole rear light cluster so the price did seem ok for the part, but that's because it wasn't a whole light cluster you supplied just a fog reflector - a very different and cheaper item!
Twice I've used this garage. They are super helpful and even let me use their courtesy car when I was called into work! Kept me up to date with my repair and always answered the phone. Won't be using any other garage while I'm located this way.
