I've been using the services of Burneston Dental for a number of years now, and I only have good things to say.Firstly, my previous experience with other (NHS) dentists is that they want to get you in and out the chair as fast as possible, so they can move onto the next patient. The result of this is that appointment is so quick that I've felt that I've not had a proper check-up. On the other hand, the dentists at Burneston are very thorough. Any concerns I have about my teeth are properly investigated, addressed, and explained.Secondly, I don't like my teeth being probed. To be frank, I'm verging on a phobia, however, on the few times I've had to have some work done I've been put at relative ease. I can't explain exactly why that is, but I think it may be a combination of their attentiveness, friendliness, and relaxed environment.I have no hesitation recommending these guys to friends/family.
Burneston is a great dental practice - friendly, caring and very good at what they do. I had root canal treatment and felt well looked after during and after the procedure.Everything was explained clearly. I don't think I have had a better dentist than Christian Metzner!
I have been going to 'Burneston Dental for 6 years now. I first went to address a bleeding gums issue & quickly benefited from the excellent diagnosis & treatment that the surgery offers. Christian (dentist) & Karen (oral hygienist) have offered myself & my family outstanding service from then onwards. My teeth are in the best condition ever (I recently had teeth whitening done by Christian, utilizing the Philips Zoom products) & I fully intend to keep them that way with regular visits and of course daily dental maintenance at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending 'Burneston dental to anyone who is looking for excellent value for money in a comfortable environment with friendly, highly skilled staff.DuncanB
I have used Burneston Dental now for a number of years and can only say that Dentists certainly do not hold the fear I once had in visiting them. A very slick and professional service by Dentists at the top of their game. I have recently been fitted with dentures and I do not realise I have them in, so good is the fit. Will always try and fit you in should an emergency arise. My Dentist of choice and it should be yours. Principal Dentist Dr Metzner a truly remarkable man.
All of our family go here. Christian is great and really good with the kids. Great dentists are hard to come by and we are very happy to say we have found one here.
