When the dental practice first opened I was really pleased with the service, and the fact it was local, but as I suffer with agoraphobia I found it increasingly difficult to go outside of my home. When I required emergency treatment they were unwilling to help unless I paid a fee because Id failed to book appointments. There was absolutely no understanding or sympathy and I had to find treatment elsewhere.
