Great store everything you could want from an m&s and staff that greet you with a smile
Nice roomy building with a toilet upstairs, a lift and escalator, and clothes displayed well. But not enough pay areas so you always have to queue.
Easy and good selection of produce. I personally enjoy most of their ready made dishes. Get yourself a sparks card. I got 2 free pair of socks out of the blue. A pleasant surprise :)
The food hall downstairs is very large, with a good variety of products. The upstairs layout is pretty confusing, but that might just be me! The only downside is the usual M&S price issue. Still, it's nice for an occasional treat!
