Lovely lady but the guy was very rude asking him about the price and said if someone wnats it I don't know. Not very helpful didn't look very interested

Good selection of quality used and antique jewellery as well as new pieces made in house. Helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The shop has very beautiful jewellery, but customer service seems to be dependant on whether you're deemed good enough to be there. I went today to inquire about selling some jewellery. The lady was nice, but the jeweller looked like she was approaching him with a tray of dog food to appraise. He shook his head in disgust from about 4 feet away. I wanted to cry as I left. Even if he didn't want to buy it, he could have been nice about it.I likely would have bought something from you in the future, but after seeing how quickly the jeweller decides someone is beneath him and doesn't even attempt to be polite, I will never spend a penny here. I will also steer friends and family well clear.

To any local friends thinking about purchasing some jewellery any time soon. If you're browsing on Guildford high street, stay well clear of Cry For The Moon jewellers.Cry For The Moon offer a repair service and Tom and I asked if they might be able to repair my engagement ring today.But after discovering that we hadn't purchased the ring from their shop, the salesperson's tone and manner became cold and surly, not to mention judgemental. We'd walked in hoping to use their service. We went to Cry For The Moon first but we will never go their again. Shop elsewhere.
