Took my watch in for repair. After it was returned a few days later the bezel fell off. Took it back. Weeks later the watch was returned once more, again after a few days the bezel fell off. Took the watch back yet again, this time they asked for more money. The whole episode was played out over about 7 months.

Brilliant service from start to finish. My Raymond Weil needed a replacement battery and having bought it from this store 3 years ago I decided to return and see if they could help me. From the moment I was there the customer service was brilliant, I asked for the clasp to be adjusted at the same time which they said was no bother, a pleasant surprise!!I was given the receipt and told that in two weeks time I would be called and told when its ready for collection. True to their word two weeks later I received the call and told it was all finished. I collected the watch that was back to working perfectly, the clasp was fixed at no additional cost and I could see it had been looked after as their wasnt a mark on it! I was skeptical due to it being a chain as you never quite know what to expect but the Guildford store does Ernest Jones proud! Will definitely be using again.
