Beautiful area but recent car park fees (and they're excessive via app) make it much less desirable to visit. *edit: they introduced a free 20 minute parking but, in a fit of rage, they changed it recently to force you to enter your car reg details to get one.I visited just after the car parking fees were introduced and the place was practically empty on a hot sunny peak day and time.I don't think you can pay by coin admire - only app (1.70 ph) and, possibly, phone call. *edit: might still be possible to pay by coin at machine by main building.
Lovely views, drinks/ice cream and to meet fellow bikers, I hope they havent started charging to park there, as that will be my last visit
Excellent place to visit and for walking
Lovely panoramic views of the Surrey hills. Great place for photography, walking and running all year round but my favourite time is autumn, as the Surrey hills get covered in lovely hues of yellow and orange. You could also get to see some nice vintage cars or the powerful motorbikes on weekends. Definitely worth a visit !!
