Went there for some stolen luggage, they could have gotten the cctv from national express but told me they stopped dealing with "lost property". They didn't even try to listen to me, just confidently dismissing my story.. They are also quite rude to students be they drunk or not in clubs.
When being out in Guildford on nights out I have generally found the police to be quite rude, aggressive and unprofessional in how they speak to members of the public. During one incident that I was involved in the police were called but they didn't listen to my side of the story. They immediately gave me a dispersal order and thus sided with the other person.
Fantastic team
Had issues about housemates who was smoking weed inside the house in sharing areas. The police officer just ignored me and my friend and didnt help us at all. Looks like for him its became legal.
Counter staff clearly do not have customer service backgrounds.
