Super friendly service! Dion and Layla's welcome and helpful hand were second to none. They bent backwards to adjust our growing need for more space, clearly explained pricing and access arrangements and made our stressful move into storage a relaxed and easy experience. Everything we expected and more, including a cup of coffee!
We were a bit anxious about storing things, having never used a storage facility before, however, Julia and Layla at reception put Us at ease immediately with their welcoming manor. Julia talked us through how everything worked, making it very straightforward and her charming manor when showing us the room and all the facilities was excellent. We asked lots of questions and Julia made us feel that every question was relevant. Although we spoke mainly to Julia, Layla was very pleasant on the whole of the duration of our visit with a smile as did Julia and the two of them were professional throughout. We had asked for the "outside hours" option as we knew that it would benefit us, which it did the next day and the process was easy and straightforward. When I called this morning to update our inventory I spoke with Dion and he was just as professional and charming as Julia and Layla, he explained what I needed to do, which I have done and I feel confident that our things are stored there. The insurance taken out with the contract is not expensive and very straight forward to update if necessary. Thanks again to Julia, Layla and Dion at Guildford Central.
