The entire process, from the first phone call where I ordered 3 boxes, to the delivery of said boxes, to the collection of packed boxes, was seamless. I had a really good experience with SpaceWays when moving house, my boxes were delivered and collected in a timely and efficient manner, and the driver was absolutely lovely and very helpful. When a problem arose, it was sorted out very quickly by customer service, who were great also.

Used Spaceways to store some belongings whilst I had building work done on my flat, and I would definitely recommend them. Good value and very efficient. Staff were extremely friendly and professional, kept me updated with their likely arrival time and took real care with my stuff.Return delivery was a breeze, I just gave a couple of days notice and boxes were back with me. In a small flat it was helpful to have the option to unpack there and then and return the boxes. Ive used other self-storage in the past but would definitely opt for this service in the future, it really does save a lot of hassle going back and forth and lumping boxes to a storage facility.
