Had to get some urgent work done on one of my (high end aero) bikes. these chaps sorted it without hassle and at a very reasonable price. Would strongly recommend to other serious cyclists for all maintenance and servicing issues.

Went there because a nut of the crank of my bike kept coming lose and I didn't have a proper tool to tighten it up strong. He didn't even have a look at the bike and I was immediately told I needed to buy a new crank, which I didn't want before first trying to tighten the nut with a proper tool. I asked if he could please tighten the nut and if it kept coming loose I will come back to replace the whole crank. He refused to tighten the nut.I asked again if it could make that favor because that way I won't have to walk home. He tightened it up without making any actual strength, so the nut was still loose. I left the place and had to walk with the bike to Halfords, where they tightened the nut for free in 1 minute. The crank is working perfectly now, but if the nut comes loose again, I will for sure buy a replacement crank at Halfords, and not here. It's a shame because I love to support independent shops and I'll need paid services for sure in the future, but their behavior is just not acceptable in my opinion.

I've recently got back into cycling, having renovated two vintage bikes with Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub gears and was lucky enough to be recently given a more modern (well 1990s), but slightly neglected, bike for free! This bike needed a bit of sorting out (new bottom bracket cartridge and the derailleur gears setting up). Never having owned a bike with derailleur gears, I was at a loss as to how to adjust them. On recommendation of my friend, I took the bike to Pedal Pushers and had the bottom bracket done and the gears set up. The owners did a fabulous job on the bike and I was very pleased indeed.Unfortunately, a few days later, the old freehub decided to give up the ghost; probably from the shock of being used again! I bought a new unit from pedal pushers and set about fitting it, but unfortunately made a right pig's ear of the job and had to ask Pedal Pushers to sort out my mess and get my bike working again. This was done while I waited, all the gears were set up again and the bike is once more on the road. Both of the owners did work on my bike and were friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me and all my stupid questions! This is a proper "old fashioned" bike shop, with proper bike mechanics who know bikes inside out, from decades of hands on experience.I give them 10 out of 10 and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ALWAYS take my bike here. And I love in Woking. Reason i do this is. Great service, very friendly staff, great prices. ALOT cheaper than evans and a better more reliable service. 5*!!!

Very friendly - and works out cheaper for a new bike than the big stores: They were happy to swap the tyres and handlebars on my new bike free of charge to make it exactly how I wanted it. Evans etc would charge extra for that!
