Lovely staff and understandable. They always treat you with respect.
Appallingly rude receptionist yesterday when an elderly man went to try and register at this surgery. When telling someone about your rules and regulations as regarding registration ,try being helpful and polite instead of rude and condescending. You are in the wrong job if you are unable to treat people with dignity and respect.

Appalling smug arrogant attitude from the receptionist to a very simple request for a nurses appointment. I treated you with respect and you treated me like a piece of dirt.Whilst I understand you might be short staffed which is certainly not my fault there is no point in treating me like something you would find on the bottom of your shoe.So if that's how you wish to handle my 15 year old daughters treatment needs then I will go elsewhere. I am glad that I am not a patient there and good luck to all of you who are! No stars from me but the system insists on at least one!
