Terrible experience. Receptionists rude, unprofessional and slow. They FORGOT to refer me to the hospital for an ecography and didn't even apologise for it. I strongly recommend you find another practice.
Awful reception staff! Wouldnt let me see a gp for a kidney infection which I suffer a lot kept saying drink this and that and urine sample for 3 months they said this and I ended up in hospital now have chronically scarred kindness. Rang up for results once and receptionist told me I had an std and will get gp to call me I went mad at my husband in thinking he had cheated just for the gp to call and apologise to me as the receptionist had mixed my results with someone elses! They had told me several times they had sent my prescription to the chemist when really they hadnt I ended up running out they told me my gp was away for a week so nothing they could do! My daughter aged 2 had severe tonsillitis the gp said she can fight it on her own without antibiotics later that night she ended up in hospital barely able to swallow and severely dehydrated! Suffering a lot of pain all over my body instead of letting me see a gp or have tests they chuck 100 cocodomal at me every month! The RSCH have forwarded me for tests needed not these useless people who just want you in and out!I can say doctor Stuart is bloody amazing just ashame the rest let the surgery down! Can never get an appointment and well the receptionists are disgustingly rude how they talk to patients is awful! They need todo a course in communication and manners!Changing GPS immediately! Would NOT recommend this surgery!
My daughter is registered at this surgery. She has special needs. Everything has been good in our dealings with the team here over the recent months. Marie at Reception was really helpful and friendly when we had to get my daughter's repeat prescription sorted out when the computer said no!
Receptionists are disgustingly rude and I can't belevie they talk to patients the way they do. And why they feel the need to argue to you about your problems when it's none of their business! And you have to wait weeks for an appointment. Would never recommend this doctors to anyone.
Not only the tactless receptionist who asks women to describe their most intimate symptoms and the smell of their wee in front of the waiting queue, loudly enough so she can hear and repeated enough times so she can understand, but also the medical staff is worth a mention here: half of them are not even doctors, diagnoses are 80% of the time randomly and incorrectly drawn, and one appointment is only to discuss a single symptom. Each symptom on its own is worth a Nurofen. If 10 websites out of 10 + your doctor friend from the EU or from India with a real degree and 30yrs experience say your symptoms are indeed strictly related and you tell them the correct diagnosis, you get a "I've never heard of that before, but I know for sure it's a very rare condition here in the UK, so I suggest you take some Paracetamol first and come back for another appointment to see if there is any improvement".If you're lucky enough to find a competent physician, they'll go quickly to other places where their talent doesn't feel so wasted. If you need a second appointment, it'll be with someone else - no chance to follow up.
