For the last few months we had lovely experiences visiting the Guildford surgery. The doctor is very helpful, listening and answering to all my questions.I see the doctor mostly for my children and he is amazingly attentive to all their symptoms, taking his time to explain further treatment.The receptionists are very helpful as well, trying to accommodate the best appointments for us.Thank you so much for all your hard work.
The worst GP and service I have ever seen.They are open for appointment from 9.20 till 12 .00 and from 3.00-5.20 so if you are working there is no way to attend to an appointment. You can't go early in the morning, neither in your break time, neither after work.I've told them my current address 3-4 times and they still have my previous address in their system. They are asking me for my address every time I ask for an appointment.I won't recommend this clinic to anyone
Everytime I have been to this surgery the GPs are ignorant and generally unhelpful. It is difficult to receive any useful medical advice unless directly asking or insisting to be referred to a specialist. It is impossible to leave the surgery without feeling frustrated and generally insulted at the lack of attention, care and knowledge towards health. Today - after yet another irritating experience - I switched GP and will now be relieved of this surgery's ignorance. However, the receptionists are lovely and helpful.
