She knew her wide range of products and I'm very happy with my purchase. Delivered next day at a specified time - arrived on the dot. Even took packaging away for me. Great advice, cannot fault them. Highly recommended.
My 8 yr-old washer/dryer broke down on Monday evening, we knew it was un-repairable. We left a message on Cats answer machine that night, they called first thing next morning and delivered a brand new machine at 11.30am that day. In just over 12 hours my old machine was gone and a new one all plumbed in! You can't get better service than that especially when it's only 3 days to Christmas. And they charged only a little bit more than the cheapest on-line retailer, who by the way, couldn't deliver until the New Year.
