Good choice of stock. Honest and knowledgeable staff. For us we are keen to buy British.Just a bit too pushy when presented with tired customers. Probably will go back and buy though.
Very poor experience . Delivery drivers damaged the sofa and newly decorated house When they delivered it was raining and they walked in without wiping there feet and dumped there wet rubbish all over the floor and then managed to scratch our wooden floor One week on no response from the delivery warehouse and very little from management

I have recently visited this brand new DFS store in Guildford and what a fantastic job they have done! It is a beautiful store. The service I received from the store manager (Mr Andrew) was brilliant and showed genuine customer care. He and the other staff members showed levels of professionalism rarely seen in stores these days and the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you for a great customer experience and I am sure I will be thrilled with my new purchase!
