Konica was so good and did her best to show me various options to help me choose the best possible option.It's just that I have a concern about how if the furniture piece hasn't fitted at the new flat, there is no return policy to help sort out the issue

Excellent service from Marcel who really knew his subject and was able to help us without any pressure. After showing us a selection of mattresses with good explanation of the benefits / downsides of each one, he gave us plenty of time to choose what we wanted.
I was looked after very well, at all times. Never pushy but helped me with a smile. The cookies were lovely.
Love my furniture. But quite of few faults that need repairs and having to chase to get this done. Also logistics was poor, had to chase to have items delivered. Wont shop st FV again because of this. Sorry
