We found more than what we were looking for in that place and at an excellent price. The seller was really helpful and gave us tips . We are now extremely happy with our new bed and mattress as we do in fact Sleepwell !
We are so impressed with the service we received from this shop. The ladies in the shop were so helpful and polite. The bed was delivered exactly 2 weeks from the date we ordered. The prices were very good and the quality excellent. When the bed was delivered the delivery man was brilliant. He was polite and extremely helpful. Just can't fault the service and would recommend this shop to all our friends.Thank you Sleep Well.
Firstly I would say that the help we received whilst purchasing was very good and we were not hurried for that they get a star but the delivery just spoilt everything.....all the geniality of the salesroom very much gone.Mattress hasn't been tried yet but the delivery service was awful.Whilst purchasing said mattress we made a huge deal about how difficult it is to get the mattress up and down our cottage stairs. We were assured that it would be absolutely no problem at all. We did pay for the delivery of the new mattress and the removal and disposal of the old (45), so I didn't have to worry.He arrived, I said would he like to look at the stairs, no he said I'll be able to help you with it. I re-explained that I had paid for delivery. He said he had delivered it and if I wanted it delivered to the bedroom it would have been 30 delivery rather than 15 - this was not mentioned at all whilst he sold it to us.I explained I was unable to grip well at the moment and he said: me too, I've got arthritis.So he gets it into the cottage almost knocked me over.Then he tries to get it upstairs.After a while he said, well I can come back with someone, I said not convenient, I've already waited in all morning.So I try to help but my hands just can't grip at the moment and my usual strength and sheer persistence were just absent.So I pushed where I could and helped him eventually get it up the stairs but with a great deal of pain on my part.Would I like it on the bed? Yes.Then.Do you want a hand to take the old mattress down? No, I've paid you to take it away but I'll help where I can.So he starts pushing stuff around, almost breaking our steamer. We got it down but I said I couldn't help him into the van as there was nothing to grip onto (old mattress has no handles) and it was very heavy.The mattress was not particularly cheap (we compared online but wanted to give someone local the business), his attitude was awful and at one point I almost told him to forget it and refund it all.
Thank you so much for your excellent service...I know I spent hours in your shop choosing the right mattress for me, which understandably is the wisest thing to do and I would like to thank the manager for his patience. I had such an amazing nights sleep last night, so one extremely happy customer.See you next month, my daughter wants one now, obviously she will be coming in before buying so she is sure she gets one she loves. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The salesman was very happy to sell me a mattress but when there was a problem he changed completely He was extremely rude and and accused me of having an attitude. Took me an hour and a half of waiting around to get a refund. They only get one point and that is for the delivery guy who was extremely helpful and courteous. I have the receipt to prove I bought a mattress from you, yet again another lie . In response to your comments below, we didn't change our mind. Sleepeezee advised us that the mattress you delivered was MEDIUM TO FIRM and the rep said FIRM TO HARD therefore not the SOFT mattress we asked for and were told we had bought!!! All you are doing is proving how rude you are by suggesting that we are heavy people. Blatantly your apology means nothing. SOFT IS SOFT END Of. Well you're obviously a lot heavier than us then. You have now shown all of your potential customers how little regard you have for them and how rude you are. UNBELIEVABLE!! Interesting that you have now taken away all of rude and defamatory comments, let's hope that people have already seen them before you actioned that.
