Great team of trainers and wonderful workout! Been addicted to Crossfit since I started with them!
I love this place. Best workout and training I've had in years. The classes are 9 or less, coaching is very personable, my technique has gotten a lot better, and CrossFit is a lot of fun. The CrossFit injury rumors are just a myth. I feel great because I'm doing the lifts and exercises correctly now.
