So true: NEVER train alone! Fitness Space in Guildford is exactly what you need a gym to be; friendly, supportive and motivating! I am not a 'gym person' I don't like the 'ooh look at me' people who go to most gyms, and I am very happy to say that they don't go to this gym, just people who want to enjoy keeping/getting fit!
Great gym. Been a member for a month now. Love the tech based approach with the heart rate monitor and app. All the equipment is linked in so you can track your progress automatically. Good range of classes on a daily basis. Classes are a max of 12 people so there is no hiding place. All of the staff are welcoming and take the time to get to know you. The members even talk to each other! Special mention to Emily and the two James who I have worked with the most. They have been great for pushing me and motivating me.
