Circuit Laundry needs major improvements. The app is faulty, the machines are not maintained well, customer services are very unhelpful and often rude and I have had a very negative experience as well as many other university students. It all seems like a big scam and Circuit isnt willing to do anything to fix issues because they are the only people in this laundry industry! This is by far the worst part of student accommodation and it isnt even within the universitys ability to fix because the company is so unhelpful.
Needs more washers and needs old/broken ones replacing. Also a service to see weather a machine is free would be nice.
