Very unprofessional service.You have to be extremely careful before getting into any tenancy agreement through them, and if you have to, you must build up your own detailed check-in inventory and condition report, otherwise they will ask for a compensation for every single imperfection that was there before the tenancy agreement.My advice is to avoid them.
