Disappointed with our first experience with this agency.I received a call at 4.50pm on the day of a pre-booked viewing to which I called back and was told everyone was busy on the phone. I left my name and number and presumed it was to confirm my booking.20 minutes before the viewing i received another call to cancel because they had now booked another viewing. The phone call took an unexpected turn as I was told in an unpleasant manner that 'i have called am and pm to cancel and you have not answered your phone'. I only had one missed call. Unfortunately they had not sent an email and had not taken into consideration that calls are not easily accessible during working hours to those in full time employment whereas emails, texts and even voicemails are a little easier to catch.
What an experience to learn from and know just how bad some estate agents can be. Want to make money off you wherever they can.I definitely advise against this place.

Surely, it would provide a similar and relative comfort that I have been enjoying in my present accommodation. Much later, however, the strict letting policy and stringent requirements for guarantor and initial deposit- perhaps, to provide a maximum security for landlords scared me. All my antics and tactics to full out of the contract was blocked by carefully responding to my demands with all sense of reasoning and professionalism. Eventually and reluctantly I agreed to remain a tenant at least for the next 12 months. Thus, I must give the credit to Daniella for ensuring that I remain a client of Cavender.
