I booked a taxi for 27 to go to a friends wedding and clearly told them that we wanted to get a taxi back with them but we were unsure of the time. They said it was fine for us to call them when we were ready (with no mention of a potential change in fee). We called them to ask for a taxi back and upon arriving at our destination, they tried to charge us 42. When I refused to pay that amount, they threatened to call the police on me. Absolutely disgusting service and thankfully I called them out on their bluff and they settled at 27 (with no call to the police). Also, adding insult to injury, on our way out, the cab was 30 minutes late, with no apology. Happy to say I will never use this taxi rank again and should they try to strong arm anyone else, be strong and dont agree to pay an unreasonable, non-agreed price. They will try it but its completely out of check with no standing what so ever.
If I could rate 0 stars I would the taxi driver was lovely but the person on the phone couldnt be ruder! Booked a taxi for 6pm an hour earlier and the taxi didnt turn up until 6.30pm. They blamed traffic but it doesnt take an hour to get from Guildford centre to chilworth! Poor planning and certainly wont ever be using them again. Such a shame that the great taxi drivers are being let down by such incompetency in the office!
Amazing service from me booking it to the night i used the cab i was always updated regarding where the driver was. very professional and reliable! i will be telling everyone to use this company. Definitely 5 stars
Amazing service.. Picked us up from the O2 27/10 /17 and our car was there waiting when we left... We had a very polite and friendly driver... A nice way to get home after a great evening out...

The controller impressed me by giving me competitive price though I was the new customer to them. I was a loyal customer to other taxi company in the town but I regret now I should try them in earlier, anyway not that late. That was the awesome experience as they arrived before time approximately 3 min before time promised.Learn through experience rather than you make your own experiences, save time and money.
