I had an important train to catch. I purposely booked a super early taxi to get me to the station. They didnt show up or bother calling me to tell me they were running late. Bare in mind this was 6am on a Saturday and there was 0 traffic on the road! I called them up after waiting 10 mins and they hung up on me! LIVID. I had a run to the station with a suitcase! I missed my train which resulted in missing the connecting train I had planned after that. All because this awful service failed me. I felt reluctant to giving you even 1 star!Terrible serviceTerrible staff0 customer satisfaction DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!! I cannot stress this enough.
