Poor, drivers park anywhere and everywhere blocking up the roads and buses and give abuse if anyone calls them out on their awful behavior, please move your offices to somewhere you can actually have enough room to park all your cars and not destroy a busy route into Guildford.
Very bad experience. I was told that the car would come in 10 minutes, but it came in over half an hour. The lady on the phone was disrespectful.

Booked a taxi with GM cars on Saturday the 18th of Aug around 1900 hrs which didn't showed up called to find my taxi, in return got abused by the controller, only to find that i had called a wrong firm, if the taxi had arrived on time from GM cars this wouldn't have happened either way it ruined my night, thanks! won't be using you again.
