Since moving to Guildford just over a year ago I have unfortunately had to visit the doctors a few more times than I would like. The appointment times are always prompt and every doctor I've seen have been friendly, polite and most importantly I'm always given the time I need and am not made to feel rushed back out of the door. Thank you hope it continues
I've recently left the army, and as I now live in guildford I attempted to sign up to a GP yesterday, as I arrived at the front desk I was ignored at first by a reptile behind the desk with gray hair. This woman was very rude and arrogant with me as when she asked for my postcode I had said the incorrect one, as this woman works behind a desk you would naturally assume she is very approachable, this particular day it was not the case. If you are looking to sign up with this GP - give the old woman with gray hair a cuddle as she obviously hates life as we know it.
Been a patient for 25 years. Dr Ackerley treated her patients with so much respect and considered each one special going the extra 10 miles if needed. Now I have to fight for the smallest thing. Thank God for Dr Eyre Brook.
Every time I need my ear syringed I am call to call the following month. Absolutley ridiculous! Thankfully the practice manager managed to get me an appointemt last time. Unfortunately nothing has been done to resolve the wait time.
Why do I need to beg for a f*****g referral? Why do I pay tax? I wish I had 10 kids and no job.
