Booked 2 rooms for 1 night, my friends were there first to check in hence they took payment from one of my friend, in the other hand they also charged my card, so they double charged us. They did tell me they will refund it back to me but they never did. When i called them and asked for the refund, they made an excuse saying my friends were loud and left the room in a messy state. They never mentioned about extra charges for leaving the room messy. They charged me 140 (which was the price for 2 room) for clean charge without any notice or invoice and refused to refund me. The room was not even clean to begin with neither the toilet.P.S: THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. TAKE MY ADVICE AVOID THIS PLACE BIG TIME.
Not much room for parking, adequate room with tea/coffee making facilities but in need of decorating, nice pub with a nice beer garden

Went to Suburbs @ the holroyd as a favourite band was playing there. Great little live venue, quite intimate, busy but not overcrowded, friendly staff & patrons alike. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
Friendly local pub. Limited beer choice. Big back room with permanent sound system for bands. A bit loud though. Easy parking on site if you get there early enough!
