Unfriendly staff acting like cops to make you pay extra. The mantanance guy was drunk and agresiv. They search my room when I was having breakfast and my things. I don't think that this kind of behaviour is acceptable under no circumstances.
Stayed here for two nights, the reception were helpful and very friendly with a smile everytime we went in or out. The room and bathroom was very clean, room was on the A3 side had no problem with noise. The one tiny niggle was only one chair there was plenty of room for another one, was good you could open the window too.. would definitely stay again..
Great place to stay. Quiet and clean.Beefeater next door needs to up its game though. Poor quality food at exorbitant prices. Good service!
Great beds very comfortable. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast with lots of choice although breakfast was cold on Christmas day morning with a cold cup of tea! Back to a good hot breakfast on Boxing Day morning!
Even before you consider the room only cost me 36, I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, the location is perfect for visiting Guildford or The Spectrum Leisure Centre, and the room was outstanding. The room was as clean as it can get, and for a Premier Inn was of a higher standard than I expected. The decor looked fresh and the hallways and room smelt great. There is a Beefeater on site which is perfect for lunch or dinner, although you can expect to be waiting around for service at peak times. All in all a very happy customer, an enjoyable stay, and would recommend to a friend.
