Fantastic vet clinic with the kindest staff. We sadly lost one of our pets recently and we had so much comfort and support. Sam (the Head vet nurse) was amazing and Id definitely recommend this vet clinic to all pet owners.
Ruby, my wire haired German Pointer, has been coming to Doug and Catherine for a year now. My trust in them is complete. Unlike other practices where you worry that 'revenue' is the key to the conversation, here you know that it is all about education and honesty. I have learnt a lot from them about Ruby and how to look after her, as well as receiving first class treatment. They are a bastion of independence, whilst delivering what can only be described as a brilliantly professional service. Thank you to the whole team there and Happy Christmas!
Douglas, Catherine and the whole team at Cape Vets are absolutely wonderful. We have so much confidence in the team for looking after the health of our two dogs as their knowledge and care goes above and beyond. They don't just offer standard advice, instead they take the time to get to know every pet in order to make sure they give the most informed advice and help to solve issues both in the short- and long-term. They offer such a welcoming atmosphere that our two dogs are always very happy to go to the vet, which says something! We have had quite a few health issues with our dogs over the past three years and the team have provided support, reassurance and solid advice every time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Great practice run by caring and friendly professionals, these guys are truly empathetic and caring and most importantly honest! My dogs are as important to me as my children (it does piss the kids off a tad) and Doug and his team are fantastic and I trust them implicitly! Keep it up guys - this is like an old school family practice - not a corporate practice out to fleece you!
