What wonderful people who work in this veterinary clinic. So gentle, kind, thoughtful and yet so professional. We had to put our beloved dog Juke down. A sad and painful experience, but these people here at Stocton were amazing. After the our dog died, a few days later we received a beautiful card from them expressing their sympathy and in it a packet of flower seeds to put on his grave. We were so delighted and appreciative with this gesture off kindness. I have another dog and if ever he needs to see a vet,I intend to use this clinic. I repeat They Are Amazing. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and understanding during and after this sad ordeal. We still miss him but knowing there is Vetss out there who actually care about animals and not just the money, makes it a little easier to live with. I want to thank that beautiful Vet who gave him the injection and her colleague who worked that night for their understanding and sympathy.
Awful place - if you value your pets keep away from Vets Now! Too many sad and sorry stories and warnings to keep away on reviews but I dont think Vets Now care.
DO NOT USE; from our experience the staff have an intrinsic lack of empathy and humanity. We took our 4 month old puppy for overnight care who very unwell and on deaths door. When we went to collect him in the morning to take back to our day Pet Care, our puppy had been muzzled. The muzzle was two sizes too small. Our puppy had no energy to even lift his head up let alone bite. Unfortunately the following day we had to euthanise our puppy due to its suffering. We found their treatment of our dying puppy completely inhumane. I would NEVER trust them with another pet again. Goodness only knows how our puppy was treated during his overnight stay. My biggest regret of all is that my puppy spent his last night at Vets Now. Please do not make the same mistake as us, don't put your pets in Vets Now care.
I wish I could give zero stars. Don't use them or trust them with your beloved pets. I found them appalling. I wish I had read the other reviews left by some. I regret leaving my pet with them, it will never happen again.
