Went here for afternoon tea for my husband's 60th birthday. Lovely tea, good service. Very enjoyable.

We've had an amazing stay. Stunning grounds, gorgeous building and rooms. Delicious food and staff that can't do enough. I don't normally write reviews - but felt that this was just. Very highly recommended, genuinely.

This was a surprise. I was invited to Barnett Hill Hotel as a guest for birthday celebrations. The name doesn't give much away, but what a beautiful location. The grounds are stunning even in November. And the food didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was British and very well done. I had pate and toast with to start, pot roast beef and managed to squeeze in a peanut butter parfait. All were lovely. We had a nice walk around the grounds. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back.

Went for afternoon tea. Amazing place, well kept, stunning gardens. Food- great, service- very caring and attentive. reasonably priced for what you get. Close to Guildford town and convenient to get to.Would visit again.

This place is so, so special. We stayed here while visiting an ill relative, and were feeling particularly sad and vulnerable on the trip. The staff were so kind and made us feel so comfortable. They added warmth and happiness to what was otherwise a very difficult trip. I am so appreciative to all they did for us.Also, this hotel is the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life. Not a detail is spared - the rooms and dining areas are immaculate, as are the gardens. It is so peaceful and beautiful. A true oasis. I hope to be back many more times in my life.
