Paul in the Parts department is GREAT, very helpful, no stress, just what one would expect.
Very poor customer service and overpriced. Found an Independent garage to carry out the same work needed on my car for 1/3 of the price. The staff look at you like youve interrupted their day. Its a shame as the Alfa Dealer network is limited these days.
I had my Alfa booked into Bishops in Guildford to re-calibrate the windscreen camera. I was advised the job would take 'up to 3 hours'. When the booking was made I stressed I needed to pick up a 5 year old from school so the job had to be done on time. I reiterated that when I arrived at 10.00 as booked and eventually got may car back, unwashed, at 2.30. 4.5 hours later, and only then after I insisted I have my car. The service was appalling, I would not go back to this dealer if it was the last one on the planet.
Extremely disappointing.After booking an appointment for 10 am on Saturday, crawling traffic to get there. When we arrived the sales advisor told us that the sales advisor who had booked the appointment, "was not in today" no apology or explanation why.The car selection was non existant unless you wanted a Fiat 500. When we asked where the 3 Alfa Giulias that had been advertised on the website, we were told " they were all out with staff"! Really, REALLY! !!!A wasted journey and petrol.So went to Mercedes-Benz instead.Extremely poor customer service.
They may just justify 1 star, but the after sales service is non existent in this dealership. They do not have a direct line and communication is a central booking service who pass messages!!!!! always understaffed and responding to messages "from yesterday" not today! Dont bother with them and I even asked the guy to promise to call me the following which he did promise........but failed to call still waiting for a response after4 days!!
