Brilliant service. Fast and effective. I was serviced by Nick who was fantastic and explained things to me in a way I could understand. All members of staff were friendly and helpful.
Went here after a very bad experience with Drive Aldershot. Hands down a lot better service, the booking was done online and was followed up with a call to confirm. They checked a known issue with my car whilst carrying out it's service and MOT. I will be taking it back later next week for the part to be replaced free of charge as it was covered under warranty.
Great customer service right from the word go, Howard was my sales assistant through my whole experience and he never once lost interest or tried to force sale upon me. Julian the sales manager also assured my fiancee he can help her from a bad finance deal at another company so thank you very much to the whole team.
Excellent service, and the staff in the garage and at the desk were highly professional and really went beyond and above. They also showed a genuine interest in getting the issues with my car resolved.They are now my first port of call for any problems that need mending, highly recommended.
