I asked questions about the Car I like but answer I got an answer from sales executive all information are online! Obviously I was in my work clothes not in expensive suit , probably didn't give an impression that I could effort to buy a car from there . Left it and went to Volkswagen and I had wonderful customer service and purchased it,
Really poor service desk. Had to wait a while for a Really unfriendly agent at the desk who was curt in tone and rushed in handling my case whereas there was no one else waiting. Not surprisingly, the job wasn't done properly. The service book wasn't stamped for the second time despite a specific mention and an angry acknowledgement. There were still warning lights on the car after a service. I had to go back two more times and wait for my turn at an empty desk. This is after having paid 40 for a single wiper blade (by Fiat !) that was changed during a pre-paid service package deal and within the warranty period. The cars are really nice but the atmosphere is a bit indifferent as soon as you have committed to a purchase and become a customer. Have tried to upgrade a few times but there is always a huge financial disincentive; so you are really stuck for 4 years. One more year with the dealer and I am out for good. There are plenty of other professional/friendly ones on the same road that would never want to lose a passionate customer of the Alfa / Fiat brand.
I have just bought an Alfa from Bishops and had excellent service from the staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They listened carefully to what I wanted and I'm really pleased. I would recommend them.
purchased a fiat 500 the other day, the service which I had recieved was outstanding by Kevin, Tork and Daryl. Was incredibly helpful and told me everything I need to know. Could not recommend them enough! Absolutely amazing!
Really poor experience again from Bishops. Terrible communication and their systems don't seem to work for booking in a service, calling back, or communicating what were advisories on collection of a vehicle after service. There were some blown bulbs too that weren't mentioned either. The fault that we reported was not really investigated comprehensively leaving my wife with a car that wouldn't go into reverse, had to get emergency call out and vehicle towed to someone who would even respond with a price and to then carry out the work required.
